Last year, New York's FIGHT CLVB received a cease and desist order from the Trump camp over their scathing video send-up of the (unfortunate) commander in chief. They've returned to drop a colossal bass bin rumbling slab of jungle terror, that while less controversial, will still ignite your summer season in proper style. "Savage" features the inimitable patois of the legendary Trinidadian soca artist, Bunji Garlin, who injects the tune with a liberal amount of street cred and island flavor. That spicy syncopated snares and wailing synth line only add to the frenzied energy. The boys have supplied us with a wild neon-tinged video that takes you inside a twerktastic day in the life of FIGHT CLVB. "Savage" is out now on Barong Family.
