The xx Unveil 'Love Letter To Los Angeles' In New 'I Dare You' Video

The xx unveil their "love letter to Los Angeles" directed by Alasdair McLellan

The xx have released the music video for their I See You song “I Dare You.” The nearly seven-minute long video is what the trio call their “love letter to Los Angeles,” a city where they recorded parts of the album. It features a rising acting star Millie Bobby Brown of Stranger Things fame.

Alasdair McLellan, who collaborated with Raf Simmons on the creative concept and direction, directed the video. We can only assume this has A$AP Rocky’s approval.

The video examines love from all angles and when it is worth taking risks because there may just be a free, secret The xx concert on the other side.

The xx have been on a roll since the release of their new album I See You. Playing large venues and festivals all across the world, the trio have been one of the hottest groups of 2017. In the past few days, they did have a set back after their Iceland Day + Night festival was canceled because the site was deemed unfit to host due to environmental concerns, but the year overall has been one of their best.
