Utah's master of future forward beats and trap delivers a mix ahead of his appearance at Das Energi in SLC.

I caught wind of young Fransis Derelle, née Antuane Walker, as an Insomniac Events Discovery Project winner at the end of 2015. Besides the fact that his music tends to hit you in the sweet spot between shedding legitimate tears of joy and throwing the meanest of trap elbows, what struck me most was how persistent and devoted to dance music he has been. He's the kind of guy that doesn't take no for an answer, but not at all to a fault.

He entered the Discovery Project competition a total of four times before winning a coveted slot on the Insomniac stage, and by the time he did he had already begun to build a sizable fan base who were consistently going gaga for his thickly layered, bottom heavy bombs.

His life since has seen him push even further forward with millions of streams, a well-deserved signing to the industry dominating Circus imprint, Circle Talent Agency, freaking the speakers at EDC and touring this last year with Flux Pavillion.

Ahead of his appearance at Das Energi Festival in Salt Lake City on August 18th and 19th, we snagged this dizzying mix from the bass music artist who is taking no prisoners in his effort to smash the subs.
