The entire remix package will be released tomorrow, July 7th.

Dutch DJ and producer Steve Rachmad has had a long and bountiful career dating back to the mid 1990s. With a slew of successful techno releases and festival dates, Rachmad has become a well-respected name across techno. He also occasionally dons his Sterac alias for darker tunes, including on this remix of “Jupiter’s Moon” we are happy to premiere from fellow Dutchman Boris Kruyver, better known as, Octual.

Sterac does some of his best work on this remix, bringing a haunting and melodic sound to the original, fusing progressive sounds into a brooding techno beat crafted by Octual. It has the power to work on a dancefloor, but also be a soothing track for the speakers at home. It is almost Prydzian.

“Jupiter’s Moon” will be released tomorrow, July 7, as part of an EP titled Untold Places, which includes the Sterac remix, the original and a dub version of this rework. Stream this beautiful cut until then below right here.
