Hey you! Wanna feel good? Great! If somehow you've been living under a rock for the last few years, it is our duty to inform you that Razor-N-Tape is a disco label that is not to be trifled with. The Brooklyn crew curates absolutely stellar releases and their RNT Reserves pressings are the stuff of legends. It's little surprise that their newest 12", The Planty Herbs Edits, is jam packed with mood lifting goodness. This is the second release on the label for the hazy Dutchman and boy we can't get enough! We liked it so much, in fact, that we went ahead and locked down an exclusive off of the B-side of the vinyl titled "Today."

"Today" is a flute-filled feels trip whose melancholy speaks pointedly to the passing fancies of summer. Decked out in heavy samples with the perfect level of chunkiness, you'll stomp until your troubles float away. The breakdowns are clean as hell, and the song features the lightest touch of Dutch acid so as to prevent you from feeling anything but grand. Stellar work from Planty, and it's in very good company on the release! Our favorite off the A-side is the dreamy, heartfelt affair "Famyly"; a round and rowdy one with soulful vocal samples that feel so good it hurts.
