British producer and DJ, D.O.D, is ready to make his return to Afrojack’s Wall Recordings with a jacking new single “Ghetto.” He has been on fire lately with releases on many of the big mainstream labels, but bringing a little finesse and quality their catalogs. “Ghetto” continues that trend.
The tune wastes no time getting right to the action with a jacking bass line and skittering, distorted horns under a pitched up vocal that make this both a mainstage weapon and club dancefloor filler.
“I’m super excited to release ‘Ghetto' on Wall Recordings! After the success of ‘Taking You Back’ and a few other tracks like ‘Sixes’ and ‘Satisfy’ this year, I feel my #Futurejack sound is really starting to take off. It’s great to see so many DJs and also fans supporting my music,” says D.O.D to Magnetic Mag.
“’Ghetto’ is mainly based around the pitched up rap. It has a ton of energy, teamed with the duffle percussion like synths and jackin’ drums driving the track in the background. It’s original for sure, and it most certainly goes off when I play it out in my DJ sets."
Ghetto” will be released tomorrow on Wall Recordings. Preview it below until then.
