The tail end of Summer pumped out some brilliant new house tunes. Jamie XX got into some filter house remix action, Patrick Topping let out the booming, "Dr. Vibes," and Hot Creations celebrated their 100th release with a four-tracker from the label boss himself, Jamie Jones. Plus, KiNK finally gave us a sample of what is to come from his upcoming album. This chart is absolute fire!

1. "PERTH" - KiNK [RUNNING BACK]

KiNK's upcoming full-length, Playground is due out in early November and it's lead single is this peak-time, disco jam he curiously calls "Perth."

2. "SAY IT TO ME" - WEISS & CHRISTIAN NIELSEN [TOOLROOM]

This brilliant collaboration between two authorities on modern house music was a late Summer underground anthem thanks to a lively piano, soulful vocal croons, and a very smart imprint to launch the tune.

3. "ON HOLD (JAMIE XX REMIX)" - THE XX [YOUNG TURKS]

Word on the street is that The XX are planning on turning their musical direction towards house music and if this re-rub from their mastermind is any indication of what to expect then I gladly welcome them to our beloved genre.

4. "DISTANT MEMORY" - DAVI [KINDISCH]

When it comes to the West Coast's transformational house music scene, L.A.'s own DAVI excels above the rest with a highly refined sound. A production style he has mastered which features crisp-clean, stuttering rhythms and otherworldly, mystical melodies. Now close your eyes and dance.

5. "BETTER DAYZ" - DOC DANEEKA [TEN THOUSAND YEN]

Early '90s garage vibes on this soulful slice of house music aptly titled "Better Dayz." courtesy of Don Daneeka. Vinyl only!

6. "DR. VIBES" - PATRICK TOPPING [RELIEF]

The vocal sample sure as hell doesn't say "Dr Vibes" but with a kick-drum this massive, does it really matter?!

7. "AMENE" - ANDHIM [SUPERFRIENDS RECORDS]

The self-described Super-House creators return to their imprint with a pair of party-starters including this one titled "Amene" which would fit quite nicely in a Black Coffee set.

8. "JER" - SEBASTIEN LEGER [SYSTEMATIC RECORDINGS]

French producer, Sebastien Leger has been crafting high-quality dance music since '99 but much more recently he's found himself in a streak of brilliance thanks to beautifully melodic masterpieces like this absolutely perfect example of what electronic music is capable of.

9. "KOOKY CHORDS" - JAMIE JONES [HOT CREATIONS]

Paradise's own Jamie Jones celebrates the 100th release of his beloved Hot Creations imprint with a handful of tunes including this featured title track which is guaranteed to rumble a dance-floor near you.

10. "DOMINO EFFECT" - MUUI [HERE NOW.]

Since December of last year, Berlin-based producer, Patrik Carrera aka MUUI has been responsible for some very outstanding deep and melodic house music on his Here Now. imprint. Case in point, this gorgeous 11 minute journey entitled "Domino Effect."

11. "TUESDAY MAYBE (GUY J REMIX)" - WAY OUT WEST [ANJUNADEEP]

Israeli progressive master, Guy J puts his refined spin on this 2016 release from prog-legends, Way Out West.

12. "STEP BY STEP" - JIMPSTER [SUOL]

Over six minutes of disco horns, bongo solos, and crescendos courtesy of the rhythm master himself, Jimpster!

13. "SOUND OF MUSIC" - JAMIE JONES VS NOOKIE FEAT. KATY B [HOT CREATIONS]

"Sound Of Music" on Jamie Jones' Kooky Music EP is the second tune to feature on the best of September 2017 house chart and it's a feel-good collaboration with UK dance music darling Katy B!

14. "THE PHOENIX (PART 1)" - MARQUIS HAWKES [AUS MUSIC]

No words are really needed here. Just turn this chunky tune all the way up!

15. "ATACAMA" - AUDIOFLY & PATRICE BAUMEL [CROSSTOWN REBELS]

I leave you this week with a collaboration of epic proportions.
