Mad Decent, Baauer Issue Take Down Notice To FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai Over 'Harlem Shake' Use In Terrible Anti-Net Neutrality Video

Hit the lawyers with something they might know.

We told you about the terrible video that the least popular man in the United States and FCC Commissioner, Ajit Pai, decided to create yesterday about why repealing net neutrality won’t be so bad. Part of it included him doing the Harlem Shake with a couple of his pals, one of them a pizzagate conspiracy theorist (which she denies). Baauer and Mad Decent, sensible persons who don't like to have their internet throttled and slowed by the massive internet service providers, decided they didn’t want to be associated with this awful video and are “taking action” against it and have issued a takedown notice against it.

We will see how this plays out, but who knows if we will even be able to report on it in the end.

The irony of the situation is that Pai and his merry band of tools are lawyers. They should probably know better than to use somebody’s work without their permission. I guess when your head is so far up your ass swimming in Verizon money, you don’t see the obvious things in front of you. Karma is calling.
