House of Sunny, the womenswear brand formed in 2011 is launching its eleventh seasonal collection spring/summer 18. This season focuses on elevated everyday wardrobe staples that, although trend-led, still have a timeless quality with a clean and flawless aesthetic.
Premium fabrics and minimal cuts dominate the VOL.11 collection. The strong, boxy silhouettes champion the masculine, oversized look now synonymous with the House of Sunny brand, while bright bold colours keep the collection fresh and contemporary.
Stripped boyfriend shirts and ruffle gingham dresses support the brand’s easy dressing ethos while the essential eyelet jean, the one shoulder jumper and true blouse are highlights tipped to cause a 're-gram' phenomenon this season.
The collection consists of co-ords and stand-alone pieces. Elements are inspired by chic 80’s fashion, think Princess Diana, giving the collection a strong romantic feel, which offers a realistic approach to honest, everyday wear.
Based in east London, the independent company has organically grown from strength to strength with the team now working with 50 retail partners including Urban Outfitters USA, Bjork in Florence, Italy - a beautiful independent boutique loved by the ‘In-Insta’ crowd - and Amsterdam based T.I.T.S which stands for ‘This Is The Shit’.
With support from global stockists and the website enhancing the ease of purchase, the brand continues to grow quickly and now has an Instagram following of over 95,000.
