If you thought Ultra was the only festival in town during Miami Music Week, then you would be sorely mistaken. Rapture Electronic Music Festival, a one-day music and wellness event taking place on Thursday, March 22, the day before Ultra, has announced its stacked 2018 artist lineup. Among those who will perform include Luciano, Guy Gerber, Art Department, Chris Liebing, Nick Warren and Hernan Catteneo
The lineup will be spread across three stages with the biggest acts such Guy Gerber, Art Department, Manfly (Audiofly & M.A.N.D.Y.) and Chris Liebing on the Terra Stage. The Un_Mute Stage will feature the likes of ZIP, Tini and DeWalta. The Soundgarden Stage will have DJs such as Nick Warren, Yotto and Guy Mantzur. There will be a special 7am opening set from RPR Soundsystem to get the early risers going.
In its second year, Rapture does more than just provide great DJs to a welcoming crowd. It also partners with ocean conservation non-profits The Big Blue and You and Ocean Generation. Through the partnership with Big Blue & You, attendees will be inspired to love the ocean that is just a stone’s throw away with conservation through artistic expression. Ocean Generation has helped make the festival straw free and all food and beverage containers are made with 100% recyclable materials. So go recycle people.
The event will take place on Thursday, March 22 at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. It will kick off at 7am and go for the next 20 hours until 3am that night. Tickets are now on sale via Resident Advisor.
