Rich NxT

One of Fuse London's original residents, the DJ knows the city quite well. He also is in tune with the London dance music underground and is tapping back into that on his new single "Brigade." The song is the title track for his upcoming EP The Brigade out tomorrow via Fuse London.

The song is designed for dancing either during the warm up or later on in the night with a sturdy bassline, steady percussion, a scattered vocal and some soft synth chords.

Rich NxT ‘Brigade’ is taken from The Brigade EP out February 2 on Fuse London. It will be released on vinyl 4 weeks later. Pre-order here.

We also caught up with Rich NxT to get his five favorite after-dark / late night spots and clubs to go to in London.

Village Underground
The home venue for FUSE in London since 2011. Since the party has been there the sound system has been tuned to perfection and it really is one of the best party experiences in London. The staff are really friendly. It is quirky and interesting from the huge mural outside which changes every couple of months from a different artist, to the disused London Underground carriages converted to office space on the roof. The next FUSE event is on Sunday, February 18th with an all-dayer from Enzo Siragusa.

Lion and Lamb
A pub in a quiet estate in Hoxton has been beautifully refurbished and hosts wicked line ups and intimate events week in and out. The sound system is spot on and it really is all about the music, with everybody being really welcoming whenever we go. There are regular nights hosted by Craig Richards and Voigtmann as well as from the owner/residents Mauro, Ivan and Andre. February also has guest appearances from Alex Picone and Octave.

93 Feet East
Recently relaunched the Brick Lane venue has had a major makeover with ultra slick, concrete, wooden and parquet flooring which will give London a breath of life, as a venue which can deliver a big night out. As well as the two rooms of music there is a big outdoor terrace, so you can be chilling or partying however you feel. In February alone you will be able to hear Steve Bug, Ion Ludvig, Doc Martin, Ferro, Hector, Ceri, Binh, Janaret, Fumiya Tanake, Huxley and Miguel Campbell as well as events from Vbx, Vatos Locos and Stump!

Last days of Shoreditch
A multi-purpose outdoor venue in Shoreditch just down the road from Village Underground. London has had a top night time street food scene ever since Street Feast kicked it all off. Last Days of Shoreditch is a great summer evening spot. Last time I went it had a massive slide in the middle of it alongside the food and music. Last summer saw sets from the likes of Mr C, Justin Robertson, Jasper James, Kode 9 and Wildcats.

The River Thames South Bank
Not a venue so much as a nice place to wonder around. The South Bank of the Thames is always a good place to hang around. Whether you're wrapped up nice and warm in winter or on a long summer night, I've always had load of fun here. Eat, drink, buy books, watch some street artists and watch boats go by.
