Updating a story from yesterday and developments this morning, Datsik has announced he is canceling all tour dates including festival gigs after being accused of sexual assault and rape by numerous women over several years. In addition to all of his shows being canceled, he is also stepping down and leaving the label he founded in 2012.

In a statement on his Facebook, Datsik has canceled all of his upcoming shows and thanks those who have faith in him.

Firepower Records will continue without Datsik. The label in a statement said they were “utterly devastated” by the news and do not tolerate sexual assault. Read the full statement below. Co-owner and label manager Sharra Grace will take over at the label.

"Due to recent allegations, Datsik has stepped down from Firepower Records and will no longer have an active role within the label. All operations and creative direction for the label will be taken over by co-owner and Label Manager, Sharra Grace. Firepower does not tolerate sexual assault under any circumstances and we are utterly devastated by these statements that have come to light.

This label was started as a platform for new artists to be able to showcase their music and as a community where we can support one another in the dance space. Safety and equality are at the core of our values, and we truly hope that we can continue to provide a positive environment for all our fans."

Datsik to avoid all the receipts people keep on bringing up, he has locked his Twitter. However screenshots are forever.

He has also been dropped from his management company and booking agency.

Deckstar commented on the situation.

“In light of recent allegations that have come forth, we have decided to sever our relationship with Datsik at this time. Although we lack concrete information to confirm or deny these allegations, the nature and volume of the accusations demand swift and decisive action. We have always held ourselves and clients to the highest standards and believe that at this time it is in the best interest of our company and staff to move on. “

From Circle, via YourEDM: "In light of recent allegations, Circle Talent Agency, effective immediately, has severed all ties with Datsik."
