IKEA & Teenage Engineering Are Making a Record Player for Easy Portable Partying - Magnetic Magazine
Mobile music for partying is being made readily available by IKEA and Teenage Engineering.

IKEA, the Swedish furniture giant, has a well-established reputation for making quality product at an affordable price. They've now partnered with Teenage Engineering, a Swedish electronics company, to create their own record player and more. "The aim is to create products so that you can host your party, wherever you may be," states the Instagram post.

IKEA has already leveraged their expertise in designing mobile party tools. Teenage Engineering specializes in electronic instruments and speakers. This dynamic duo will also produce party lighting and an "electronic choir." This collaboration is certainly a unique one, and it will be interesting to see what comes out of it.

"The idea of gathering some friends could become a reality in minutes," states Michael Nikolic, creative leader at IKEA. "Maybe you want to bring the party somewhere else? Together, with Teenage Engineering, we want to explore the possibilities of bringing the party with you."
