California is home to a myriad of festivals throughout the summer. Just about every weekend in the state you could spend at a festival up and down the California coast. Next month, Northern California will host Enchanted Forest Gathering on June 8-10 with a lineup that includes the likes of Mark Farina, Graves, Keys N Krates, Beats Antique and Dumpstaphunk and Del the Funky Homosapien w/ Amp Live and more.
The three-day camping festival will take place at the Black Oak Ranch in Laytonville, California, a small town off of route 101 and pretty equidistant between the ocean and Mendocino National Forest or three hours north of San Francisco. If you need to get away from it all, this is your way to do it.
The lineup of 100 strong performers has a bit of everything, spanning dance, hip-hop, reggae, soul and jam bands. It brings good, relaxing vibes to a three-day camping festival that also focuses on other topics outside of music as well.
There will be a tea house, art installations, live performance art, a range of workshops with topics hitting on social justice, movement, spirituality and of course, yoga each day. If you have kids, you can bring them, and they have daycare for you to leave them in good hands.
Fans will be able to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings with its sprawling meadows, oak forests and a designated swimming hole, so bring the proper outdoor gear.
