For most people, Drumcode means Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick, ETC. It's become one of the top, if not the top label in techno, for quality big room banging tunes. But, for those who seek something a bit less obvious, and a bit more underground, Drumcode's LTD label has you covered. The LTD is a vinyl only release platform, and features much more underground sounds and textures. Today, Lights/Out is proud to premiere a track from rising talent Billy Turner, coming out in just a few weeks.
The track is called 'Don't Talk To Me About Style', and that's about as fair of a request as I've ever heard. Inspired by the works of Marcel Dettmann, Truncate, Planetary Assault Systems, and more, this dark and gritty techno roller is a perfect light's out, heads down vibe, with its no nonsense bassline simple percussion. Check it out below, and be sure to pre-order it from the link provided. Long live the mighty black wax.
