Red Bull Radio Announces Week-Long Detroit Programming For Movement

Red Bull Radio has announced a week of programming around Movement Electronic Music Festival in Detroit. The yearly pilgrimage for techno to Detroit will take place over Memorial Day Weekend, May 26-28 and Red Bull Radio will be there to live stream sets from the festival on their stage by the likes of Modeselektor, Laurent Garnier, Diplo, BadBadNotGood, Phuture and DJ Premier.

In addition to the festival live stream, the will also devote programming in the week leading up to the festival, various shows on the stations like Red Bull Radio’s Peak Time, Fireside Chat, Bunker NY, Headphone Highlights and more will focus on the city. Notably they will highlight the city’s house, techno, queer, jazz and hip-hop scenes. Red Bull will also open an exhibition curated by Underground Resistance and Submerge titled Exhibit 3000: Detroit House to look at house in the city. 

The coverage will start on May 21 and run until May 28.
