LA-producer Bobby Nourmand recently launched his own DITN (Deep In The Night) imprint and is quickly back to release another one of his tracks via the imprint. Now he is back with another track “The Sun,” featuring Adam Engle, one half of UK duo Blonde, on vocals.
Nourmand crafts a slow, meandering and dark tune with swirling, grinding synths, a steady kick and rattling percussion. Engle’s vocals are distorted to match the synths.
“Press. Politics. Consumerism. Driving people insane. Find solace in your passion,” Nourmand implores the listener in a quote to Magnetic. “Mine is creation.”
"The Sun" will be made available everywhere tomorrow, June 29, but until then, stream it below. In the future, a music video and remix may be in the offing.
