Rare Canadian Pressing Of Prince 'The Black Album' Up For Sale

You better be willing to part with $27,500 for this.

Do you have an extra $27,500 sitting around? Well good for you. I am envious. A rare pressing of Prince’s The Black Album from a Canadian pressing plant was just discovered and is now available to purchase on Discogs.

The album comes from a former employee of CBS Toronto pressing plant. He kept a copy after the album was cancelled and marked for destruction. The same person, Jeff Gold, a former Executive VP at Warner Bros Records, who sold the five US pressings of The Black Album, is selling the record.
