Aphex Twin is up to something. It isn’t clear what that is, but he is up to something. Mysterious posters have appeared on the walls of Elephant and Castle tube station in south London. According to The Guardian, this is part of a new campaign for Aphex.
The new posters feature his logo in a cool 3D graphic. Before Syro he did a similar thing spray painting logos on streets in cities around the world (one is still near Webster Hall in NYC) and flying a blimp over London.
The location is significant because among his many wild claims, he said that he bought and lived in a former bank in Elephant & Castle in the late 1990s when he was recording his Come To Daddy EP.
