British DJ and production duo Eli & Fur weave together deep and hypnotic rhythms with their vocals that create essential house tracks. Eliza Noble and Jennifer Skillman are back on Anjunadeep for another new project titled Night Blooming Jasmine and we have a new record from it to premiere for you today titled “Parfume.”
The track is vintage Eli & Fur on Anjunadeep. The pair craft another must-have tune with a steady and groovy bassline, accentuated by deep bass stabs underneath their airy vocals and floating synths.
This is the first song created for the EP and the instrumental is there to help tell the story for their lyrics.
“’Parfume' was the first track we did for this EP. Its the one on there that lends itself most to the club, the groove in the drums and the melodic parts are just as important as the vocals when it comes to telling the story behind it,” Eli & Fur tell Magnetic. “It’s a song about the moment something goes from being a bit of fun to taking hold of you on a higher level. Escaping reality for something out of the ordinary, complicated, better than the routine of every day life. We aimed to create a track that you could sort of lose yourself in that way when listening to it.”
“Parfume” will be released tomorrow, July 3, while the Night Blooming Jasmine EP will be released on July 13. Pre-order the EP here.
