Obas Nenor is an Israeli producer who has been active for over two decades in the Tel Aviv dance music community. With releases on Defected, Strictly Rhythm, Moodyman's Mahagoni, and Detroit Swindle's very own Heist Recordings, he's got some serious pedigree. His latest EP, Warm Yellow Stickers is on his very own Nenorion label and this 4 track release is filled with dancefloor oddities that stretch the head and tickle the heart. In advance of the scintillating release, I've scooped up the B2 track, "Movin'" for exclusive premiere.

Right off the bat, "Movin'" grabs you by the gut and doesn't let go. Soon after the vocoder vocals tease it's frivolous nature, the wobbly bass-line finds solid footing as the guitar and synth licks give it something to chew on. The progression is mild mannered but has sufficient depth to keep it fun throughout. Like popcorn, you'll find yourself reaching for this track's light, salty, and satisfying crunch.
