Today a dynamic industry duo have announced a new event, in partnership with Magnetic, for New York city, which is sure to be the hottest party in town.
Resident professor, Ant LaRock, and UK/British Event Curator and Artist Manager JoJo Walker have confirmed the CHURCH party will begin at Brooklyn’s hipster spot, Rose Gold on September 28 2018.
CHURCH is the concept behind Ant LaRock’s monthly Data Transmission Radio show, where on a Friday night he brings praise to all things dance music. The show has been a huge success which has resulted in the development of the party, which will be held on Friday nights, bringing some of the worlds most talented underground artists to play alongside Ant to his home city crowd.
Dutch duo & Outplay Records bosses Fouk are the choice to co-headline CHURCH. Their long standing relationship with Detroit Swindle's label Heist is evidence of their producing sound, plus a sign of what’s to come on the night.
The face of the event, Ant says “I needed to bring an uncompromising event with artists sweating out the music that we love. NYC Needs a night with music before egos. This will be that night!”
The pair have some cool production elements in store, as well as special surprise guest appearances in the coming months. The parties will no doubt have wide spread industry support and turnout too, as they are both such known faces in the scene. NYC DJ and promoters Little Disco, are also heavily supporting the concept, as their DJ KLM will be opening up the first event, alongside local Malik Hendricks.
Ant will also be doing his own Lot Radio show on September 27 as a warm up for the 28 party.
