Ohio bass music festival Lost Lands has confirmed that two people died after attending the three-day camping festival in Thornville, Ohio over the weekend. Created by Excision, the festival entered its second year in 2018 with names like Nero, Illenium, Snails, Jauz, REZZ, NGHTMRE, Zomboy and Flux Pavilion among the headliners.

There had been rumors flying around for the past 24-48 hours of various death counts, but today the festival has confirmed that two people have died.

In a statement, they say two male attendees have died from unknown causes.

“Today we send our deepest thoughts and condolences to the loved ones of two male attendees who passed away after being transported to local hospitals this weekend. While the causes of these tragedies are still unknown, our hearts are with their families and friends at this time."

They encourage anyone who might still need help to go get it now.
