Premiere: GANZ Remixes Hermitude 'Stupid World' Into Future Bass Monster

Hermitude's "Stupid World" gets a festival-ready flip from GANZ.

Hermitude (turn around your hat to block out the sun)

After a quiet 2018, Hermitude are looking to make a big splash in 2019. With an album in the works that they hope to release this year, the Australian bass duo have started to released some new music with “Stupid World” at the end of 2018. Now the tune is getting a remix from one of the finest remixers in the game, GANZ.

GANZ does what he does best with what Hermitude has given him. He takes the instrumental from Hermitude and vocal from Bibi Bourelly and elevates it into a beast of a record. GANZ adds more energy to the record with bigger, punchier drums and full-bodied synths that carry the track next to Bourelly’s carefree vocal about her GPA and burning bridges in this stupid world.

Hermitude agree that GANZ has turned this one into a monster and the remix is now ready for the Australian festival season, which is now in full swing. It will still be very relevant once Northern Hemisphere festival season rolls around as well.
