Earl Sweatshirt has released a new short film to accompany his critically acclaimed album Some Rap Songs, released at the end of 2018. Directed by award-winning filmmaker Terence Nance, the short film titled Nowhere, Nobody, finds Earl finally living his dream of becoming a youth basketball coach.

In an interview with Solange on Red Bull Radio, Earl said he wants to become a youth basketball coach and talked about having that certain car with the mesh bags filled with balls and all the trophies. Earl is too intense to lose.

The video also explores parenting and fatherhood, as he cites a 2013 CDC study that contrary to stereotypes, black fathers are the most present in their children’s lives.
