Dr. Douglas Rushkoff, named one of the world’s ten most influential intellectuals” by MIT, will give a keynote on his “Team Human” podcast and upcoming book on issues like human agency, non-binary corners of life and social justice.
Armin van Buuren will give a keynote on “A State of Trance,” while Laidback Luke will talk about the “Power of Creative DJing. Irvine Welsh, novel and screenplay writer of Trainspotting, The Acid House and Ecstasy, will join DJ Pierre to talk about acid house and its impact on global music and culture.
Sam Feldt will be joined by a special guest to talk about green philanthropy. His Heartfeldt Foundation is a foundation that promotes sustainable lifestyles and a healthier planet.
WMC/ Industry attendees will be treated to a closing party at The Faena Hotel’s “Tree Of Life” with DJ sets from Anané, Christian Mantini and special guest Louie Vega. It will also celebrate 10 years of Nulu Music.
