Back once again in the ProgRAM fold this week is Freek. His drum & bass work has been previously supported on both the label and its older sibling Ram Records, with cuts like "Cobalt 60" and "Human Being" showing his undeniable skills.
He is releasing two singles this Friday, and we are premiering "Therapy" today. With a strong focus on its resonating bassline, there is a spiky vocal provided by MC Jack Knife for some clever contrast. This one is primed for the dance floor with a tangible dynamic to it, and makes us want to hit the club immediately.
Freek muses: "I'm really excited to get these two tunes out there as a single and I'm really happy with the complete contrast of styles. I believe having the A-side as a heavy hitting bassy stomper and the flipside the complete opposite - a melodic musical vocal number - is a great way to show off the different styles I like to work with."
