Lane 8 has announced his third artist album Brightest Lights.
The former Anjunadeep star broke out in 2015 with his debut album Rise. He followed that up in 2018 with his sophomore LP Little By Little on his newly furnished record label This Never Happened. He has been touring pretty consistently since, but is now ready to release a new record Brightest Lights.
“We are so bombarded with negative energy these days that it is sometimes easy to forget all the beautiful and positive things that happen every day,” he writes in a statement. “However small or seemingly insignificant, Brightest Lights is about celebrating and embracing the ups and downs of life and trying to see the world in a positive light.”
Lane 8 will release Brightest Lights on January 10, 2020. He has unveiled the first single, the title track, with POLIÇA. It matches what we have been hearing from him over the past few years and even gets more into indie-electronica alongside POLIÇA’s vocals.
Lane 8 is also going on tour next year, so head to his website for dates and pre-order information on the LP.
