At this year's Moogfest, the company unveiled to the world the flagship of their semi-modular "mother" line, the Matriarch. Based on the Grandmother, the Matriarch added more features for more musical creativity and exploration. Today, Moog has announced that the full production units are now shipping worldwide. The Matriarch is available for $1999.

To celebrate, they've released a video featuring the ever-talented Lisa Bella Donna, who also did a performance on the One earlier this year. Titled 'Mystery Rituals', the video shows the sonic sorceress doing what she does best - creating otherworldly synth performances using the Matriarch and two Grandmothers.
