If you've been in the house music scene for pretty much any length of time, the name Robbie Rivera is one you've most likely heard. His discography is nothing short of impressive, and at his peak, he was remixing the biggest popstars on the planet, getting paid insane amounts of money to do so, even before he'd graduated college. Fast-forward to today, he and his Juicy Music brand have been pumping out tracks for the past 25+ years, and show no signs of slowing down. Many people forget that there is an actual business side to the music, but for Robbie, it's something he doesn't shy away from. The exact opposite actually. In his lengthy career, he's seen and experienced the ups and downs and has his business model down to a science. In this interview, we discuss his roots in Miami and Puerto Rico, founding Juicy Music, and what it was like having so much success at such a young age. This is BY FAR the most candid and honest interview I have ever done. Seriously, some of the stories he tells of days long gone will blow your mind.
