This is news we were not ready for or are particularly excited about. Oliver have announced in the past hour that Oliver Goldstein (Oligee) has left the duo.

In a few statements on Twitter, Vaughn Oliver (U-Tern) says he will carry on the name. He and Oligee have not worked together for a year. “We still love and respect each other but it wasn’t working out professionally.”

We don’t know how this may change their sound going forward, but Oligee is very prolific working with various pop stars and Vaughn will be able to carry on his own solo endeavors and the Oliver name.

They released their album Full Circle in 2017. Read our interview with them in 2017.

Pour one out for funk tonight.
