One of the standout features of this EP is Bracht’s use of unique vocal samples throughout. These motifs of vocal phrases add a haunting and eerie element to the pulsating basslines and synths that take center stage in many of the tracks. The jungle rhythm that takes over in some of the songs is also a particularly noteworthy aspect of Bracht’s production style.
Despite being a relatively young artist, Bracht has already gained a wealth of experience in the music industry. Having started out as a drummer and later gaining recognition as one half of Lea Porcelain, he has since shifted his focus to producing his own music. His efforts have certainly paid off, with “Walking Alone” and his previous album “Now Forever One” receiving rave reviews from respected publications.
“Walking Alone” is a potent addition to Bracht’s growing discography, as he becomes one of the biggest up and coming forces in the world of Techno.
