In a world where divine inspiration and music intertwine, some individuals undertake remarkable quests, fusing their artistic prowess with their profound spiritual connections. Among these is Odna, a Slavic soul imbued with a fervor for dance, music, and spirituality. From New York City’s urban bustle to Sinai’s enigmatic peaks and Egypt’s antiquated landscapes, Odna has traced an extraordinary spiritual sojourn, exploring music’s transformative capabilities.

Finding herself ensconced within Sinai’s Mythical Mountains during a global pandemic, Odna drew inspiration from nature’s untouched splendor. She incorporated her vocal cords into her trance dance, resonating with the healing energies in the natural reverberations around her. Her distinctive blend of dance and voice resonated with the local Bedouins, unveiling the healing potential of her voice as both a melodic instrument and a therapeutic tool.

Harnessing this newfound revelation, Odna explored trance states through her voice. This investigation spawned an entire album of impromptu songs. With her extensive background in leading healing ceremonies, she was soon ushered to activate her voice and sing in the Great Pyramid of Giza during private sessions, exponentially magnifying her music’s healing power.

Odna’s spiritual compass guided her to establish a contemporary temple in homage to the ancient Egyptian goddess, Hathor. The House of Art Temple nestled in Siwa Oasis is a space dedicated to recording, artistic residencies, and exploring creative expression in trance states. Odna perceives Siwa Oasis as a consecrated land and a healing chamber, serving as an Earth fertility portal.

Odna’s passion propelled her towards mastering the art of space-holding through voice and dance. This quest led her to Gabon in Central Africa, where she was initiated into the Iboga plant medicine within the Bwiti lineage—an ancient practice linked to Egypt and Greece. This significant initiation allowed her to tap into the plant’s healing wisdom, establish a profound bodily connection, and express this through her music.

Odna’s transformative odyssey bore fruits such as her song “Rebirth – Ice to Diamond”. The song, a collaboration with producer Nomad in an Egyptian studio, was inspired by her impromptu poem during a challenging plant medicine experience in Africa. The African-inspired dance song is designed to guide listeners into a healing trance dance, using music’s power to trigger transformative experiences.

On the Summer Solstice, symbolizing rebirth, Odna steps forth from a long period of introspection to share her music. Represented by Cafe De Anatolia, she introduces an authentic sound reflecting her vast healing trance experience. Through her project, OdnaExperience, she encourages listeners to undertake their spiritual exploration and transformation via music.

Odna’s spiritual journey underscores the deep-seated relationship between music and spirituality. As we await her full album, we appreciate her transformative journey. Her artistry allows others to connect with their inner selves, exceed the mundane, and commence harmonious healing and self-discovery voyages.
