Groove Cruise, the world’s most iconic music festival at sea, has announced its lineup for the highly anticipated 2025 experience of a lifetime. Set to sail from Thursday, January 23 to Monday, January 27, departing off the coast of Miami and heading to the scenic shores of Falmouth, Jamaica aboard Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas, this edition promises to be the largest music cruise in history.

Speaking on next year’s cruise, founder and CEO of Whet Travel and Groove Cruise Jason Beukema says, “For over 20 years we’ve prided ourselves on listening to our captains’ feedback. They have continually asked for Eric Prydz and I’m elated to announce him for the 2025 lineup. He will also be joined by first-time headliners Seven Lions, James Hype, Meduza, and Nicole Moudaber. We will also welcome nearly 100 other requested acts that will ignite a frenzy across 12 stages for 96 straight hours of nonstop dance music.

Sailing on Royal Caribbean’s enormous Allure of the Seas with 40 restaurants and bars across 20 decks and 7 neighborhoods to explore, this sailing will not only be the largest EDM cruise in history but the largest music cruise of any genre. I’m so grateful for the love and support of our captains believing in this dream for the last 2 decades.”

In addition to the stacked lineup, Groove Cruise will introduce inaugural label takeovers, featuring IN THE MOOD (with labelboss Nicole Moudaber), Ophelia Records (with labelboss Seven Lions), STEREOHYPE (with labelboss James Hype), and Barnyard with Vavo. Returning label takeovers include Gene Farris’ Carnival, Anthony Attalla’s Incorrect, and MitiS’ RE:BORN.

Attendees, affectionately known as Captains, can expect an array of activities and experiences designed to enhance their journey. From daily themed parties to wellness sessions at the Whet Oasis, there is something for everyone onboard. Artist-hosted activities provide fans with unique opportunities to interact with their favorite performers, while destination excursions offer a chance to explore the vibrant culture and natural beauty of Falmouth.

The decision to sail to Falmouth was made to ensure the safety of attendees, bypassing Haiti due to current conditions. Falmouth offers a picturesque backdrop for the festivities, with a range of activities including snorkeling, jet skiing, and cultural tours.

In addition to its entertainment offerings, Groove Cruise has a strong philanthropic mission through the Whet Foundation. Founded by Jason Beukema, the organization works to make a positive impact on the communities visited by Whet Travel cruises.

Through donations and volunteer efforts, the foundation supports initiatives such as beach cleanups, school donations, and providing essential supplies to those in need. Despite not visiting Haiti in 2025, the foundation will continue its support for Second Mile Haiti, providing essential aid to communities in need.

One of the other highlights of Groove Cruise is its commitment to mental health awareness. The festival hosts panels and workshops dedicated to promoting mental well-being, providing a supportive environment for open discussions and sharing resources. These initiatives underscore Groove Cruise’s dedication to fostering a safe and inclusive community for all attendees.
