Sylvie Barnett is a Southern California based music industry professional with over a decade of experience in a multitude of areas including, most notably, event production, publicity, artist development, booking, talent buying, and marketing. Ms. Barnett earned her Master’s in Music Industry Administration from California State University Northridge and a Bachelor of the Arts from the University of Southern California in Communication (Entertainment Studies) with Minors in Music Industry and Screenwriting. Throughout the years, she has helped contribute to the success of countless musicians including artists such as Random Rab, EOTO, and Thriftworks. Ms. Barnett has also brought her expertise to various festivals and events including Echo Park Rising, Los Angeles’ acclaimed promoter Grateful Generation, Oregon Eclipse, and the Night On Broadway Festival. She is also a contributor to EDM.com and The Sights and Sounds. As a journalist, Sylvie has had the opportunity to interview incredible artists such as Grammy-nominated Sofi Tukker, Alan Walker, Houses, and AC Slater. When Sylvie isn't working, she serves on the board for the University of Southern California's Trojan Entertainment Network.
