Gesaffelstein's New Album 'Hyperion' To Feature Pharrell, HAIM, The Weeknd, Release Date Announced

The album will arrive next month.

Gesaffelstein has revealed the tracklist and release date for his upcoming album Hyperion. The LP features The Weeknd, Pharrell, HAIM, The Hacker and Bronwyn Griffin. The album will be released on March 8.

We have already heard two singles so far from the record, the dark and driving “Reset” that took on the current state of rap with its music video and then “Lost In Fire” with The Weeknd that blends together R&B, pop and techno into another one of their radio-friendly collaborations.

Gesaffelstein has never appeared to be the most smiling and cheery soul, but going by the titles of these songs, he is not happy with the way the world is on “So Bad” and “Humanity Gone.” Some fans may be disappointed to see collabs with HAIM and Pharrell, but it would be wise to wait on the final product to hear how it all meshes together with instrumentals and vocal tracks.
