What to expect at Heatwave?
Heatwave Music Festival, Auris Presents, Chicago’s go-to event production company, pulled out all the stops to make their sophomore year one for the books. Focusing on the heavy hitters of the EDM scene from the likes of Loud Luxury, Griz, Kx5 (Kaskade & Deadmau5), Tiesto, and a slew of music mavericks pushing the envelope forward, Heatwave lives up to their namesake as they bring some of the hottest artists in music and the art world to the City of Big Shoulders.
Finding a new home at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island, Heatwave revelers can expect to enjoy dancing under a canopy of stars with Chicago’s magnificent skyline in the backdrop and a dash of Lake Michigan’s cool breeze to boot.
Between multiple stages, world renown artwork peppered throughout the grounds, and non-stop sensory stimulation, round two of Heatwave started off the summer on a high note.

“My pick is “Good Love” by Hannah Laing. “Good Love” is a fast, feel-good rave tune with a hook that gets stuck in your head for days on end. I can’t stop listening to this one or playing it. Hannah Laing has consistently put out hits and has quickly soared to the top of my favorites list.”
